The MIT Media Lab Affective Computing group is looking for healthy adults to participate in a study of links between sleep, circadian rhythm and well-being. Participants will wear their smart watch for 56 days, respond to surveys, and follow daily bedtime recommendations.
- Participants must be 18-60 years old, own a Samsung phone and Galaxy Watch, and reside in the United States.
